Another Magazines

Complete redesigns of both Another and Another Man magazines, with cover to cover creative direction and design. Each magazine, meticulously art directed and crafted, featured over 100 new custom-designed typefaces and showcased an array of A-list and emerging talent: actors, artists, writers, photographers, directors, producers, stylists, set designers, hair stylists and make-up artists.

Moto

A large format limited edition book, screen printed on a soft medical grade PVC. The block colour printing and super graphic typography created a unique pop art experience, stylistically reflecting Lee Farmer’s pioneering Moto sportswear collection.

Prada Invitations

Reinventing the form and function of fashion show invitations, DJA’s inventive designs featuring unusual materials and construction techniques became an integral part of the show experience, adding an additional layer of interplay between the recipient, show and collection.

Prada Campaign Books

For 23 years, Prada’s campaigns were designed and art directed by DJA and the images beautifully presented in limited edition books. Created especially for VIP clients and brand aficionados, the book designs offered a unique visual and tactile experience through the imaginative use of materials, construction techniques and layouts.

Cle de Peau Beaute

A limited edition seasonal make-up range inspired by the beauty of winter gardens. Hot and cold colours combined in kaleidoscopic patterns, reminiscent of the delicate structures of snowflakes.

Jenny Saville. Closed Contact.

A limited edition photographic print and hardback book, presented in a Perspex case acting as a minimalist picture frame. The book showcased the complete artworks from Jenny Saville’s Closed Contact show at Gagosian Gallery (London) and featured a flesh-coloured uncoated cover. The images within were over-printed with super high gloss varnish to contrast the chalky matt papers used throughout.

Jenny Saville. Migrants.

A large format, limited edition book, showcasing artworks from Jenny Saville’s Migrants show at Gagosian Gallery (London). The book design featured a board cover with wrap-around image (one of the artist’s colour-mixing tests on newsprint) with heavy card pages reflecting the weight of the framed artworks, and a cloth-covered opening page.

A Be Sea magazine

A large format visual newspaper published by artist Sebastian Boyle; showcasing the work of respected photographers and their personal perspectives on global culture. Each edition featured a different typographic design, layout and play on alphabetical titling.

London Uprising

A medium format cloth bound hard back book, profiling leading London fashion designers and their design studios. The book features different paper stocks and page sizes; text pages are printed on larger size uncoated paper, image pages are printed on smaller size coated paper. Metal screws bind the pages to the cover.

Schoerner. The Order of Things.

A cylindrical photographic picture book with no cover or spine. It’s unique circular construction creates a visual loop, designed to take the viewer on a never-ending pictorial journey.

Glen Luchford. Damaged Negatives.

A limited edition small format staple bound book, showcasing Glen Luchford’s Damaged Negatives series. Printed on uncoated paper, the simple deconstructed format incorporates the book credits into the cover title design.
